To find companies that are buying or selling with the Tagging system you can access the search through the Exchange. The option is between Research and Bonds and labeled as DIRECT CONTRACTS with a TAG SEARCH button.

Opening the TAG SEARCH will show the current tags of the item you are looking at in the exchange. When opening the Exchange the default product is Power. If you were looking at Limestone; then Limestone tags would show when opening the TAG SEARCH menu.
